The goal of this inviting 32-page comic book is to provide a baseline understanding of the healthcare system so people can feel a little less intimidated by its complexity and more empowered to advocate for themselves and those they care for.
Healthcare is the number one issue Americans want their elected leaders to address, and through a grassroots GoFundMe campaign, all 535 members of Congress received a copy of Health and Wealth. Partner organizations that promote healthcare education like Physicians For A National Health Program and The Graphic Medicine International Collective helped to distribute this comic book.
Health and Wealth was also distributed to comic book shops throughout the country for free distribution.
